You should only ever receive an email from us in regards to your inquiries or actual orders. You can optionally (not by a default order) sign up with our newsletter for your own personal benefit. We will not send you soliciting emails if you make a purchase, but only if you sign up for the newsletter. We include a small ad for our products in every newsletter edition. If you prefer not to receive our newsletter for any reason in the future, simply unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter. Note that the term "outside parties" does not include Berrien Metal Products, Inc.. Certainly! To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
